What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy: appointments cancelled 48+ hours in advance receive a complete refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before your scheduled time qualify for a 50% refund. While cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, we do provide a complimentary one-time rescheduling option within 7 days, subject to your chosen artist's availability.
